CHICKEN Avocado Wrap (Fresh & FIT)

PREPARATION

Spread the avocado in a thin layer over the tortilla. Add yogurt or cream cheese. Place the sliced chicken on top. Add arugula, salt, black pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice. Roll it tightly and cut it in half. A quick, healthy, and delicious meal!

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 Torita Tortilla (25–30 cm)
  • • 100 g grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • • ½ ripe avocado (mashed)
  • • 1 handful of arugula or lettuce
  • • 1 tablespoon light yogurt or cream cheese
  • • Salt, black pepper, lemon juice

    CHEDDAR QUESADILLA (HOT & CRISPY)

    PREPARATION

    Heat the pan and add the butter. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle with cheese, peppers, and corn. Cover with the second tortilla. Cook both sides, flipping until golden brown. Cut into triangular slices and serve hot. The perfect combination of melted cheese and crispiness!

  • • 2 Torita Tortillas
  • • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • • 1 small bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • • 1 handful corn
  • • 1 tablespoon butter

    COLORFUL MINI PIZZA TORTILLA (KIDS SPECIALS)

    PREPARATION

    Cut the tortilla into small round shapes like mini pizza bases (can be cut with a cup, very fun for kids). Spread a light layer of tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese. Add colorful vegetables and optionally, small pieces of turkey salami. Bake in an oven at 180°C until the cheese melts, about 6–8 minutes. Serve warm. Colorful, fun, and healthy mini pizzas that kids will love to play with and eat!

  • • 1 Torita Tortilla (small size or cut into small round pieces)
  • • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • • Corn, olives, small mushrooms and bell pepper pieces
  • • A few slices of turkey salami (small cubes) — optional
  • • Olive oil (a little)
